Rules Of A Relationship

Okay! So i have a boyfriend and we've been going out for almost a month. The thing is people call him a player. I don't feel so 'cause yeah he likes me. But now when i finally, seriously, like him back I have a feeling he doesn't feel the same way as he did before , and its not even a month. I try talking to him but I feel its just getting worse. What should i do?

Well first off, its been a month. You dont know this guy very well at all. You can either wait around and get to know him and see if feelings grow or back away. Its that simple. I promise it won’t seem simple to you because thats what feelings do but your head will clear and you’ll make the right decision.

What I don't get about relationships is the 'nice guy complex'. It recently suffered from it and I don't understand why girls respond to nice guys in the way they do. I mean I would love for someone to come along and be as in love with me as I was with her. It seems my aspirations to be the 'perfect' boyfriend and if you like prove my love caused the break up, which I don't understand. Any light you can shine on the subject? Urban dictionary 'Nice guy complex' if you don't know what I mean :)

I definitely don’t think its you that is causing your own heartbreak, it might be the girls you are going after. Let me remind you that sensitive people are hurt easier, so that can be something you might look into for yourself. But as for the girls, there is better out there. I’ve noticed that it is common for the people who have been hurt before, to take those who have “the nice guy complex” (same goes for girls) and take on the “boss” role (if you will) and kind of take advantage as you said. When people receive this kind of power they abuse it. Just be careful and guard your heart. I know someone will come along and be just as in love with you as you are with them. It just takes time, patience and a confidence.

Boy Advice: I met this guy a month ago and he lives across the road from me. We spend almost every night together in his garage talking, sometimes until 1-2 AM. He'll take me for 2 hour long drives in his truck just because he can. And he teases me a lot. But he hasn't shown any sort of evident flirting? Could he like me?

He might have “friend zoned” you if he isnt flirting. Test it by making the first move. Flirt with him and read his response

My boyfriend always brings up the past, the mistakes I did. He can't seem to move on. When I do one mistake, he starts bringing it all up. What's wrong ? Dunno what to do.

He just needs to let go of it so that you can have your peace. Tell him its bugging you. On the other hand, he is probably still hurt from whatever happened and is trying to make you feel guilty.

Ask yourself why you are loosing feelings. What’s causing them to go away? is it you or him? if you can change it, try to do so. If you can’t, let go…

you can’t force him to love you. I think you should try to move on to keep yourself from getting hurt any more than he already has hurt you.

been in relationship 5 mo.. He says i am beautiful and incredible. He moved in and out in a month-said he felt overwhelmed not ready for that sort of commitment- he is not calling much. why don’t you give him some space. He probably needs his alone time to do some thinking. He might be scared of the feelings he’s feeling and isn’t ready to experience them. Let him take his time and don’t rush him into anything.

After a year of doubts I finally started getting closer with this guy. He's amazing and was really interested in me, I was just worried about his Casanova reputation... But he seemed to be serious about me, so we've texting to each other lately, flirting and planning a date. And then he didn't show up for the first date! No calls or messages. Don’t message him, don’t call him, don’t talk to him. If he wants you, he needs to chase you. And as for you, keep your options open.

i really like this kid. we text all the time, and acts like he likes me by what he says. but anytime we are in public he acts like i'm not even there... so what do i do? is he to shy and just wants to hangout alone? or is he just leading me on...

Me and this boy used to like eachother but then he got a girlfriend. I still really liked him and in think he still felt something for me. Just because someone cheats doesn’t necessarily mean he feels something for you. Be careful he sounds like he might hurt you to me.

I don’t see the problem with being different. Opposites attract and it makes your relationship much more interesting. As for the talking and interaction, most boys aren’t as talkative as girls and if he’s shy, then you need to be his out-going side. You should be his other half.

That all depends on your relationship and how comfortable you both are with it. If your partner is asking you to, but you don’t wish to do that, simply talk to him and tell him you aren’t ready.

Just start conversation with. I say this all this time, communication is the key. Ask him questions about his life, learn about each other, and when you both feel close enough, ask him out (if he doesn’t by then, that is.) give him more attention like he is doing to you. Smile more, wave when you first see him. Let him know he has your eye.

If he told her to stop talking to her, then he might be getting annoyed with her. And if he’s single, go for it? This is your chance to prove to him that he needs a fresh start with you.

I like this girl and in Valentine's I gave her flowers and then i tried going on a date with her but she just keeps postponing. (P.S: We don't talk a lot and i have this feeling that maybe she ignores me)
